Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Missing or delayed orders
