Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Vellumwood blender. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with our 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item should be in the same condition you received it, and ideally in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@vellumwood.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with simple step-by-step instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your blender arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return it in most cases.

Exchanges

Want a different color? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been heavily used or are not in resellable condition (beyond a normal try-out), unless they are faulty.
